Role Description

We are seeking a senior, quota-carrying partnership leader to own the next phase of growth at Accomplish Health. This executive will be responsible for building meaningful health systems and strategic partnerships that accelerate patient acquisition, pricing leverage and long-term enterprise value, as well as expanding referral volume from existing partners. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on revenue, market expansion, and strategic positioning in obesity and metabolic care.

What This Leader Will Own

  • Deepen & Scale Existing Partnerships
    • Drive referral growth and patient acquisition from current physician and health system relationships
    • Build structured engagement plans to increase activation, utilization, and retention
    • Create accountability frameworks around referral performance
  • Build New Health System Partnerships
    • Identify, negotiate, and close enterprise-level partnerships across system leadership and the C-suite, as well as priority specialties including Bariatrics, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Primary Care, Sleep Medicine, and more
    • Own the full lifecycle from prospecting through contracting and launch
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and operational execution
  • Expand Strategic Channels
    • Develop strategic partnerships with referral sources, including device manufacturers, employers, metabolic care, supplement companies and more, as a scalable acquisition channel
    • Identify payer-adjacent and value-based opportunities that strengthen pricing and reimbursement positioning
  • Market Leadership
    • Represent Accomplish Health with key opinion leaders and at industry forums
    • Translate clinical credibility in obesity medicine into strategic growth opportunities
    • Provide market feedback to inform pricing, product, and expansion strategy

Qualifications

  • Senior healthcare business development executive with deep experience in physician partnerships and health system sales
  • Demonstrated success closing and scaling complex B2B healthcare deals, ideally in virtual care, obesity medicine, bariatrics, or adjacent specialties
  • Proven ability to own and exceed referral or revenue-driven performance targets
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline
  • Builder mindset — comfortable creating structure, process, and accountability in a fast-growing environment
  • Established network across health systems, physician groups, employers, and/or payers
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence both clinical and administrative stakeholders
