Job Description
• Conducting complex patient revenue analyses, executing rate calculations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Transforming clinical and financial data into actionable insights.
• Supporting contract and reimbursement-related analysis.
• Partnering cross‑functionally to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
Job Requirements

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while providing accurate, reliable, high-quality work
- Demonstrated expertise reviewing and analyzing financial results
- Ability to effectively communicate at all personnel levels based on the information required at each level
- Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion with respect to dissemination of information
- Detail oriented; able to keep key personnel on task regardless of their position in the organization
- Keen sense of awareness about identifying potential challenges, risk issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance or Data Science required.
- 4 years of experience related to healthcare revenue (multi-site multi-payer) required.
- Experience related to large, complicated data set analysis required.
- Accounting, Finance or RCM knowledge is a plus
