Job Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the RN team, providing mentorship, guidance, and first-line support for workflow, process, and communication questions.
• Model Prenuvo’s values and set the tone for collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence in a fully remote setting.
• Oversee resource management for the RN team, ensuring appropriate allocation of nurses to pods, cross-coverage needs, and deployment to special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with NPs, MDs, and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of delegated clinical tasks.
• Support quality improvement by identifying recurring patient concerns or process bottlenecks and sharing insights with leadership.
• Ensure all patient interactions meet Prenuvo’s standards for empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred.
- Active RN license in good standing; multistate or compact license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience, ideally in diagnostic imaging, telehealth, or preventive medicine settings.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience with clinical teams.
- Proven ability to manage operations, allocate resources, and balance multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational and operational awareness.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, EHRs, scheduling platforms).
