Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

- Deep experience designing and operating scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend or data systems
- Strong track record running on-call rotations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success building and developing engineering talent
