Job Description
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of related experience in the Technical Product Management space or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
- Skills & Abilities: o Recent coding experience required, ideally with HTML, CSS, and an object-oriented programming language, e.g. Python/Java/C#/C++.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype solutions (e.g., wireframes/mock UI, clickable prototypes, or functional proofs of concept) and iterate based on stakeholder/user feedback.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with a test-and-learn approach—able to define assumptions, run quick validations, and communicate results and tradeoffs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in emerging and AI technologies.
- Evangelist and practitioner of agile and user centered design principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required to Johnstown, PA once a month and to other Red Cross sites as needed.
