We are looking for a Senior Planning & Automations Analyst to join our Services Delivery (SD) team. You will build and manage a comprehensive driver-based demand, revenue, and capacity planning model for Snowflake's global Services Delivery business as predictive modeling for Outcome focused USe Case deployments.
Using Snowflake technology and internal AI tools—including CoCo (Cortex Code), Raven, and other emerging capabilities—you will define an AI-forward path to bring insights to actions faster. We need someone comfortable with SQL and coding who actively embraces our proprietary AI technology to transform how planning work gets done.
What You'll Do
Demand Modeling & Revenue Forecasting
Model the end-to-end Professional Services flow (Pipeline > Bookings > Backlog > Resource Allocation > Revenue Recognition)
Own monthly variance drivers and build scenario modeling with "what-if" capabilities
Own the quarterly re-forecasting process, building out a bottoms up perspective and project level targets to help drive consistency and accountability across bookings and forecasting
Leverage CoCo and Raven to accelerate SQL development, automate validation, and generate natural language insights
Capacity & Workforce Planning
Translate demand forecasts into role-based capacity requirements (Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Consultants, Trainers)
Move the business from Just-In-TIme Staffing, to future capacity forecasting based on demand
Identify skill gaps, capacity bottlenecks, and recommend rebalancing before hiring
Tools, Systems & AI Innovation
Champion internal AI tools to transform planning workflows:
CoCo: Rapid SQL development, code generation, and automated data pipelines
Raven: Natural language querying and self-service insights for stakeholders
Emerging AI tools: Be an early adopter as new capabilities release
Partner with Data/BI/Finance teams to leverage Snowflake's platform and publish repeatable planning views
Mindset of progressively migrating Excel/Sheets models to Snowflake + AI-assisted solutions
What You'll Need
Experience
8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Professional Services Operations in high-growth Tech/SaaS
Experience building driver-based planning models, data & analytic, preferably in services businesses
Strong Professional Services business acumen: backlog management, utilization optimization, margin analysis
Technical Skills
SQL (Required): Snowflake SQL experience strongly preferred
AI Tool Proficiency: Comfort using AI coding assistants (CoCo or similar) to accelerate work; "AI-first" problem-solving mindset
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with structured, auditable design
Python and Tableau experience preferred
Working Style

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $92,000 - $120,700.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
