Job Description
• Provide technical support to the Field Sales & Service organizations
• Serve as technical expert within Product Technical Support Department
• Act as technical lead for troubleshooting field and factory issues
• Provide day-to-day technical support globally
• Monitor PTS cases to support all Tier levels within PTS
• Create and maintain technical service bulletins and solutions database
• Drive product reliability through Continuous Improvement Process
• Collaborate with quality management and engineering teams
Job Requirements
- Able to travel up to 15%
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and/or designing VFD's/VSD's
- Experience with low voltage, or medium voltage
- Able to analyze and solve complex product system problems
- Chiller industry knowledge/experience and subject matter expert with VFD's and/or VSD's
- Must be proficient in troubleshooting the refrigeration cycle as applied to air-conditioning duty on Applied Equipment
