• Evaluate, plan, and work strategically to manage activities involved to market and sell Maui Jim and Zeal products • Manage all Central Region based accounts associated with incentive, group, and reward/recognition sales • Cultivate new accounts and manage existing accounts while working special events • Develop strong relationships and work with independent premium incentive sales teams • Prompt and effective lead follow-up, proposal generation, and event information turnover • Collaborate with Strategic Partners and their sales teams to make presentations to new and existing accounts • Attend industry-related events/tradeshows/FAMS and engage with attendees/clients • Creatively engage with the industry to network and build relationships
