• Implement North America strategy for sustainable growth
• Achieve operational targets including HSE, Quality, and P&L
• Lead local team for project and service execution
• Manage customer relations and ensure satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's Degree (MBA or Master's in a relevant field preferred)
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in factory management and Lean implementation
- Proven leadership experience
- Must have permanent US work authorization
