Job Description

• Lead and manage our engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of continuous learning and development • Drive the development and execution of our technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities • Establish best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment processes • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance micro-services and APIs • Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, empowering team members to take ownership of their work and drive results • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams in startup environments
Strong technical background with expertise in micro-services architecture and modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Ruby, Go, Python, React, React Native)
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget
Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
