Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead complex, multi-pillar cloud transformation programs across ERP, SCM, and HCM functional areas. In this role, you will oversee full lifecycle implementations, managing project scope, resources, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions, facilitate workshops, and guide testing and post-production support.
- Lead multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs, overseeing project planning, scope, resource allocation, and risk management
- Track project milestones, communicate status updates to internal teams and external clients, and maintain transparent reporting
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable design options
- Document and align business and system processes, ensuring smooth integration and adoption
- Develop user acceptance testing plans, facilitate testing cycles, and coordinate post-production support handoffs
- Prepare executive-level presentations and program-level communications for stakeholders
- Support project-related artifacts, training materials, and documentation for end-users and internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Manager, including at least 3 years leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud transformation programs
- Strong understanding of HCM, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain business processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Order to Cash, Record to Report)
- Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-relevant solutions
- Experience in full lifecycle project development: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and rollout
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to develop future-state recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing client and team relationships effectively
- Willingness to travel as required
- PMP and/or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred; functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Financials or SCM modules advantageous
