Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. Federal and California payroll regulations.
- Process and audit multi-client payrolls
- Review time and attendance data and reconcile payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage payroll data including tax withholdings, deductions, and garnishments
- Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to identify discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports
- Support HRIS updates, employee records, and benefits administration
Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience (California payroll required)
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
