Role Description
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of partner enablement initiatives across North America, helping partners successfully sell, implement, and expand a cutting-edge business planning platform.
- Design and deliver partner enablement programs for sales, presales, and delivery teams across North America.
- Develop training materials and learning experiences including workshops (virtual and in-person), webinars, sales playbooks, certifications, and LMS-based courses.
- Lead structured onboarding programs for new partners, creating clear learning journeys with defined milestones, productivity benchmarks, and certification goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across product, sales, and delivery teams to transform product knowledge into scalable training resources and practical enablement tools.
- Support the rollout of product updates and new features by delivering targeted enablement sessions.
- Coordinate regional enablement initiatives including scheduling, logistics, participation tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Act as a key regional liaison between partners, partner account managers, and global enablement teams.
- Contribute to ongoing content development, partner communications such as webinars and newsletters, and global enablement projects.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or a similar role within a B2B environment.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS organizations, ideally supporting enterprise-level products or platforms.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to design, execute, and track multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs in both virtual and in-person formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, delivery, and customer success teams.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content management platforms, and tools used for digital training and certification programs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly.
- Knowledge of financial planning, enterprise performance management, or business planning software is considered a plus.
