Job Description
• Build relationships internally and externally
• Assess leads, identify efficiency opportunities for customers
• Develop solutions that include work scope, timing, and pricing
• Win contracts and execute to plan
• Consult directly with aviation clients for complex aviation operations challenges
• Lead communications with project stakeholders
• Monitor and communicate program financial status to practice leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 or more years' related work experience
- Master's degree with minimum 12 or more years' related work experience
- 7-10 years in an aviation operations management role at a commercial airline or business jet operator
- Minimum 10 years airline/aerospace industry experience
- Demonstrated understanding of industry regulations, primarily EASA and/or FAA
