Job Description

• Support the medical and scientific strategy for the rare disease portfolio. • Develop, review, and maintain a library of standard response documents (SRDs), FAQs, and scientific content. • Ensure materials are scientifically accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. • Monitor trends in inquiries to identify emerging data needs. • Partner with Medical Affairs colleagues for alignment of strategies. • Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure adherence to company standards. • Support the development and review of scientific publications and educational resources. • Oversee Medical Information request intake, tracking, and reporting system. • Develop metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness of operations. • Support medical congress planning and scientific exchange activities.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced scientific/clinical degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Medical Communications, Publication Planning and/or related functions within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (rare disease experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for Medical Information medical content and scientific communications.
  • Experience with medical information systems, inquiry management databases, and/or publications/communications deliverables.
