Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or construction and two (2) years of experience; an associate degree and four (4) years of experience; or six (6) years of any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge, skill and abilities to perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Advanced computer literacy using the following programs in a Windows environment: MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint), Adobe, SharePoint, accounting software (such as Infor), earned value software (such as PlanTrax), and project scheduling software (such as Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with United States federal and Florida state contracting language and requirements.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret client contracts, subcontractor agreements, project descriptions and scope of work.
- Ability to compose correspondence, routine reports, procedure manuals and presentations conforming to company and client style and format.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of professionals, project teams, and clients.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret graphs and tables.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business-related travel.
