Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of inside sales or Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales environments
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines and short sales cycles
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover real business challenges
- Comfortable running multiple demos or sales conversations daily with small business owners
- Ability to translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage a full calendar and maintain CRM hygiene
- Coachability and ownership mindset, with a willingness to implement feedback quickly.

The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for generating new software license sales revenue within assigned customers (1,000 to 5,000 employees) through territory planning, business development, and field sales activities. This role involves building client relationships, developing a regional sales plan, partnering with marketing, and leading account management to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
