The position is strategically responsible for protecting company interests and advancing business objectives related to Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) by ensuring staff accurately capture acuity and severity for optimal hospital reimbursement. This involves tracking and auditing CDI performance, creating reports, maintaining dashboards, analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, and providing education under the direction of the National Director.
