Job Description
• Assist customers who need help while moving
• Handle incoming customer calls and initiate outbound calls
• Provide support and expertise needed for customer safety
• Follow established methods and procedures
Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Critical thinker and ability to adapt
- Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
- Active and Attentive listener
- Ability to type while talking (40 WPM or higher is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
