Role Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Data Engineer (Python) to build and scale the data and AI infrastructure powering next-generation energy intelligence. In this role, you’ll design resilient data pipelines, APIs, and cloud architectures while enabling LLM workflows and automation across the platform.
- Build high-reliability data pipelines and APIs to connect to utilities and public energy sources
- Architect databases and ingestion systems for time-series energy data, billing, and telemetry
- Design GCP infrastructure such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Secret Manager for scale and cost efficiency
- Build infrastructure that enables coding agents and AI tools to automate workflows across the stack
- Set up CI/CD, observability, and automation to maintain fast and reliable delivery
- Document, communicate, and collaborate across technical and business teams to translate work into impact metrics
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Experience building production data systems using Python, TypeScript, GCP, and SQL/NoSQL
- Upper-intermediate English level
