Job Description
• Support the daily operations of Rula’s Accounting team as the company continues to grow.
• Help ensure invoices are processed accurately, cash activity is tracked carefully, and monthly financial close tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail.
• Work closely with a collaborative Accounting team and partner with teammates across Finance to support reliable financial reporting that helps the business operate smoothly.
• A great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, values clear processes, and wants to see the direct impact of their work in helping Rula expand access to mental health care.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Solid foundational knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables) or Google Sheets
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address issues as they arise
- A high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in handling financial data and confidential information

- 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation / or currently working towards it
- Experience using NetSuite, Bill.com, Zip, Ramp, or similar ERP systems
- Public Accounting Experience
