Job Description
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap across the Payments and Tax product lines
• Champion and model the use of AI tools in day-to-day product and BA work
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Manage stakeholder expectations across all levels, including C-suite, VPs, and Directors
• Oversee product enhancements and new product launches from beginning to completion
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience as a software product owner or business analyst, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of 4-8 direct reports
- Five or more years of full-lifecycle agile project management or business analysis work experience in a product organization
- Demonstrated track record with agile software development methods and leading agile teams
- Experience using AI tools in a professional product or business analysis context (e.g., LLMs for documentation, analysis, reporting, or requirements generation)
