Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Forecourt Brand Initiative Leader is responsible for leading the improvement of our Commercial Fueling Experience for our Fleet Customers. This role owns the improvement and development of best-in-class experience for our CFL customers. This leader partners cross-functionally to influence the direction and execution of training, communications, operations, and ensuring alignment between strategy and field execution.

***This position will require the individual to work remote with 75% travel within our Commercial Fueling network with a heavy abundance in Michigan, Ohio, the Northeast and Texas.***

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy - Design, develop, and execute a system-wide, field-based implementation framework to help make sure our CFL experience is best in Class.
  • Organization Leadership - Own the SOP creation, partner with SSC leadership, and assisting in leading the execution of the developed material.
  • Change Management - Lead the overall change management strategy and field communications plan to support adoption and sustained execution. Partner with Field Leadership to ensure intended changes are implemented.
  • Communication Execution - Ensure consistent and effective execution of change management and communication practices. Leverage field feedback and KPI performance to continuously refine messaging and approach.
  • Rollout Manager - Partner closely with the Manager, Trainers, and Training Excellence leaders to ensure SOP meet expectations, and are being executed as intended.
  • Merchandising Partnership – Partner with Category Management, and Field Merchandisers to help improve Merchandising sets to meet our CFL customers needs.
  • Fleet and Fuel Team Partnership – Work with the fleet team to ensure we are executing intended programs in the field to meet our fleet teams expectations.
  • Brand Standards Team Partnership – Work with the Brand Standards team to ensure we are updating Operations Training Material, and Supporting tools to mirror changes needed to help improve our Forecourt experience.
  • Entrepreneurship – Review CFL competition and benchmark our standards to ensure we are executing best in class.
  • Data Review & Analysis – Partner with FPA, and Fuels to ensure improvements are helping to drive change in our performance in the field.
  • Adaptive Execution - Synthesize operational, field, and performance inputs to recommend pacing or schedule adjustments. Modify plans proactively to address risks, constraints, or opportunities.
  • Operations Partnership - Collaborate with Learning & Development, Zone Vice Presidents, Region Directors, Market Leaders, and Area Leaders on changes in expectations, and get buy in to improve our performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 5+ years

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Must be detail oriented with a passion for problem solving
  • Ability and aptitude to work within a cross-functional team at all levels of the organization with the ability to lead, influence and continuously improve processes
  • Able to confidently provide insights for improvement and offer innovative and vetted solutions.
  • Strong project management skillset
  • Process driven mindset and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • Attention to detail and diligently tracking key project metrics
  • Enthusiasm for supporting projects and business priorities, bringing order and efficiency to critical initiatives
  • Must be self-motivated, technologically adept, and proficient with remote work tools (Teams, on-camera, screen share, etc)
  • Stellar communication and time management skills
  • Strong teamwork skills (including but not limited to): effective communicator, proficient listener, organized, positive, trustworthy

Pay: $131,000.00 - $150,000.00 Annual
