Short Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities.

💼 Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across different departments.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' fit based on experience and skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help promote company culture.

💡 Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
