Job Description

• Lead and conduct complex, sensitive, and high-risk workplace investigations • Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and Managers • Directly manage, mentor, and develop one ER Specialist • Interpret and apply company policies and labor laws • Identify training opportunities and deliver routine ER training

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate fluently (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
  • Experience in managing employee relations investigations
  • Knowledge of company policies and labor laws
