Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, business development, or client services
- Ideally supporting enterprise accounts or high-growth startup organizations
- Demonstrated ability to proactively generate new opportunities through relationship-building, in-person events, and ecosystem engagement.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts with a structured and scalable approach
- Experience working with technical or product-focused customers and translating their needs into talent or services solutions.
- Energy and enthusiasm for participating in and helping shape the startup and AI community.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity while bringing structure through process and execution.
- Data fluency, including experience using dashboards and metrics to inform strategy and performance.
- Passion for delivering high-value customer experiences and aligning internal teams around client success.
