Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist with a strong sales background and a passion for client communication. This role is primarily focused on closing inbound leads and selling curated packages — not sourcing or prospecting new leads. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-based environment, maintains high conversion rates, and communicates with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (Primary Focus)
- Sell pre-designed service packages to inbound leads (no sourcing or cold outreach required)
- Maintain a minimum 40%+ conversion rate
- Conduct discovery calls and confidently guide clients toward the best-fit package
- Handle objections professionally and move leads efficiently through the sales process
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Follow up with warm leads in a timely and strategic manner
- Collaborate with leadership on improving scripts, offers, and sales processes
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- Proven sales background required (minimum 2+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed a 40% conversion rate
- Strong closing skills and confidence in selling structured packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience managing shared inboxes or high-volume client communications
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
- Availability
- Evenings and weekend availability is a must - standard hours will be 4-8 pm MST M-F and 6 hours (flex) on Saturday
