• Provides Tier 2 support via Zendesk helpdesk • Collaborate with Client Success Partner and Technical Business Analyst to develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations • Communicates with other departments as necessary; implements best practices both internal and external • Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis for Health module EHR analytics using Business Objects or other similar tools • Ability to work with clients and support data integration efforts with the goal of automation • Presents findings to team members and clients regarding system reporting and functionality • Performs special projects independently upon request or in support of independent initiatives
