Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Express); Figma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Word
- Familiarity/experience with simple video editing and animation is a plus
- Basic understanding of web coding and/or web CMS (i.e. HubSpot) is a plus
- Familiarity with digital and print design processes
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to generate original ideas and translate them into effective designs
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team and receive constructive feedback
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
