• Lead metric design and documentation efforts in collaboration with leadership teams • Independently manage multiple medium to large-scale projects and requests using standard project management tools • Translate business requirements into specifications for the creation of well-designed and validated BI solutions • Use presentation tools and techniques effectively and ability to create concise summaries of key report conclusions • Train, mentor, and educate end users on organizational measurements and reporting tools • Analyze and validate data measurements from raw source to BI solution ensuring alignment with process workflows • Works with teammates to utilize change management processes and tools to create plans to support adoption of changes required by project or initiative • Stay abreast of healthcare environment, EHR, ERP, Cloud, SQL, and BI technology, and industry trends to build professional skills and drive innovation
