Role Description

The Marketing Manager will accelerate market adoption of our services. You will translate our strategic positioning into clear communication themes and scalable marketing programs that generate qualified inbound demand and enable our commercial teams to convert prospects into clients. You’ll also coordinate key agency partners and help strengthen our overall agency brand and positioning in close partnership with the Chief Strategy Officer and Strategy team.

  • Strategic themes & positioning activation: Work with Strategy to define communication themes that guide thought leadership, campaigns, events, webinars, and the podcast. Support the Chief Strategy Officer on agency branding and positioning.
  • Inbound demand generation: Lead content, email, social, and paid efforts to build a predictable inbound pipeline and improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Agency coordination: Direct and manage our content/paid marketing agency and podcast agency through clear briefs, timelines, feedback, and performance accountability.
  • Marketing & sales materials: Create and maintain high-impact collateral such as case studies, capabilities overviews, and service narratives.
  • Conferences & prospect events: Lead exhibition strategy and execution end-to-end; design and run virtual/in-person events that attract high-value prospects.
  • Bi-monthly webinar series (new initiative): Build the webinar platform from scratch—concept, calendar, topics, promotion, execution, and lead handoff.
  • Podcast growth: Drive performance of the Transforming Medical Communications podcast in partnership with our vendor.
  • Measurement & optimization: Track results across programs and continuously improve based on performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, healthcare/life sciences, or agency environments.

  • Proven ability to turn positioning into effective themes, campaigns, and programs.
  • Strong experience in inbound demand generation, content-led growth, and performance optimization.
  • Experience owning adoption platforms (webinars, podcasts, conferences, events).
  • Confident agency manager: skilled at directing external partners and multi-channel execution.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
