• Develop a detailed understanding of our database and algorithm, to understand inputs and outputs of our algorithm, and easily pull and validate data. • Test new features to ensure accurate new feature implementation • Help manage projects to ensure development, QA, and dashboards are completed on time and accurately • Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs using SQL, Databricks, and Looker to monitor algorithm effectiveness and business performance. • Conduct daily monitoring of metrics, identifying anomalies, diagnosing root causes, and implementing data-driven solutions. • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Developers to define new tables, optimize data models, and integrate ML-driven features into analytical workflows. • Leverage statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies to size opportunities and evaluate personalization and food experience enhancements. • Automate key data validation and quality assurance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
