We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Luxury Travel Coordination Specialist to assist clients with coordinating seamless and well-structured travel experiences. This role focuses on research, organization, and consistent communication to ensure clients receive reliable planning support throughout the travel process.
- Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, schedules, and preferences
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
- Assist with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming bookings, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Provide updates and support to clients before, during, and after travel
