A growing plumbing company is seeking a reliable, proactive Dispatcher + Operations Admin to support daily service operations while strengthening internal organization systems. This role combines front-line dispatch responsibilities with operational improvement initiatives.
- Manage incoming calls and coordinate technicians
- Oversee inbox communications
- Build structure behind the scenes through organized trackers, workflow systems, and process documentation
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher)
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Highly organized and structured thinker
- Comfortable building and optimizing Google Sheets independently
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Proactive self-starter who does not wait for direction
- Comfortable handling daily customer communication
- Seeking a stable, long-term role
- Available during US Central working hours

- Maintain accurate job tracking inside Google Sheets
- Ensure technician schedules and service updates are documented clearly
- Monitor job progress and flag issues proactively

- Create organized email triage systems
- Document processes and create internal SOPs
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement simple improvements
- Strengthen internal organization as the company scales

- Technicians are dispatched smoothly with minimal confusion
- The inbox is consistently organized and up to date
- Internal tracking systems become cleaner and more structured
