Role Description

Henry Schein One is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to grow their career while shaping the future of dental and clinical technology.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of next-generation dental solutions spanning clinical digital workflows, dental imaging and AI-driven innovations that help practices operate more efficiently and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, build roadmaps and deliver meaningful capabilities that support modern dental practices.

We’re looking for a product manager who brings curiosity about clinical workflows, dental imaging technologies, and emerging AI capabilities, along with a passion for translating customer needs into impactful products and outcomes for dental practices. These innovations help dental teams diagnose more accurately, document care more efficiently, and accelerate reimbursement from insurers — improving outcomes for both practices and patients.

This role can be hybrid in our American Fork, UT office or remote in the United States with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to product strategy, vision, and roadmap through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Define and write product requirements and user stories using tools like Figma, FigJam, Loom, and Jira Product Discovery (JPD)

  • Prioritize and manage the backlog, aligning releases with business goals and sprint plans
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to balance customer experience, effort, and impact
  • Act as the customer advocate to ensure usability, quality, and business value
  • Partner with UX and engineering to guide design, validate prototypes, and deliver high-quality releases
  • Coordinate with other product managers to deliver cohesive functionality across the portfolio
  • Track and analyze key metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Support and Marketing to launch new features and promote adoption
  • Support Sales and Customer Success with product insights and expertise
  • Contribute to educational and marketing materials such as white papers, help docs, blog posts, and presentations
  • Engage with customers and represent Henry Schein One at industry events and conferences

  • Proven ability to translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
