Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant or Developer (minimum 8-10 years of experience) to join our expanding AMS support and Project Delivery team for a leading US-based client. The role requires strong Salesforce expertise in consulting and/or development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality support and enhancements.
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of the client's Salesforce environment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Manage and maintain integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal technical resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain system documentation and support user training efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows.
- Experience with integration tools and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
- Extensive expertise in some of the following areas:
- B2B and e-Commerce solutions
- Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Einstein and AI-driven analytics
- MuleSoft Integration Suite and Integration Designer Platform (IDP)
Requirements
- Experience with ChatGPT 4.0 prompt engineering or similar AI tools, particularly document ingestion use cases, is a significant advantage.
