Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our Creative team and take ownership of high-impact copy across Zepz’s two global brands, WorldRemit and Sendwave. This is a senior role at the intersection of brand storytelling, marketing, and cultural intelligence.

  • Craft engaging copy across all channels: Write and deliver high-impact copy across all channels: brand campaigns, CRM, performance, social, video, OOH, etc., adapting messaging for culturally distinct audiences across 110+ markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Growth Marketing stakeholders, engaging early in the briefing process to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and ensure creative output is strategically aligned.
  • Translate product into marketing: Turn product features, updates, and launches into compelling customer-facing narratives.
  • Shape creative strategy: Contribute to campaign direction from concept to execution, bringing a strong point of view on what excellence looks like across channels.
  • Champion our brand guidelines and tone of voice: Maintain and evolve brand and tone of voice guidelines across both brands. Ensure consistency across all our touch points and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a copywriter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and excellence across brand, campaign, and performance copy.
  • Proven experience with marketing copywriting for technology, marketing and app-based products.
  • Exceptional English writing, editing, and communication skills with a passion for clear, compelling content.
  • Proven ability to own and maintain tone of voice across a brand or portfolio of brands.
  • Experience adapting copy for diverse, multicultural audiences across multiple markets.
  • A data-aware approach, using campaign performance insights to inform and refine creative decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Experience working with or writing about app-based products, with an ability to translate complex features into simple, engaging narratives.
  • Comfort working across a wide range of channels: email, social, web, in-app, video, OOH, and more.

Requirements

  • Experience in fintech, remittance, or financial services (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with UX writing and human-centred design principles (nice to have).
  • SEO knowledge and content optimisation experience (nice to have).
  • Experience with AI-powered copywriting tools and workflows (nice to have).
  • Exposure to product marketing communications (nice to have).
  • Experience working in a fully remote, distributed team across multiple time zones (nice to have).
