Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, and ABM
- Proven ability to translate strategic business goals into executable marketing programs that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand gen and ABM frameworks
- Skilled at leading through influence and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations on pipeline generation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred.

The manager acts as a strategic partner to automotive dealerships, using hands-on experience to drive adoption and performance of Cox Automotive solutions by evaluating operations and aligning product usage with dealer goals. This involves establishing regular engagements to assess performance, identify gaps, implement process improvements, and proactively manage at-risk accounts.
The Campaign Manager will plan, build, and optimize marketing campaigns, primarily focused on generating pipeline and revenue from new business accounts using full-funnel ABM strategies across multiple channels. This role involves leading campaign planning, utilizing account-based methodologies, aligning messaging to buyer stages, and partnering closely with sales and operations teams for coordinated execution and continuous optimization.
