Job Description
• Develop a strategic and tactical sales plan for Dexcom products across all Accounts in territory.
• Lead the execution of this sales plan across Accounts.
• Lead pursuit of Account sales opportunities.
• Manage key decision makers in the DoW Marketplace and promote Dexcom products to related health care providers.
• Develop and deliver customized presentations to internal and external audiences to increase awareness of and support for sales initiatives and collaborations.
• Facilitate and provide timely marketplace feedback to Dexcom management regarding customer business trends, industry issues and business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Prior sales experience in diabetes market and expertise in the Federal healthcare system preferred.
- History of sales success in the Federal Healthcare arena preferred.
- Existing relationships within DoW preferred.
- Knowledge of issues, trends and needs of DoW customers.
- Comprehensive understanding of Federal distribution channels.
- Successful experience with new product and expanded indication launches.
- Demonstrated ability to work and integrate planning across functional areas.
- Ability to communicate effectively in virtual (e-mail, video conference) and face-to-face environments.
