• Own GTM tooling strategy for the Post-Sales organization support: Design, manage and execute on a roadmap, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness across our CSP, ADS, and CRM tools • Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through to completion, partnering cross-functionally with GTM, IT, Procurement and BI teams as appropriate • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests. • Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides to minimize institutional knowledge and maximize consistency. • Establish yourself as a key resource within the GTM team for best practices and industry standards around scaling through tools
