Job Description
• Own the SaaS growth funnel across Joist and Invoice Simple, including activation, conversion, monetization, retention, and expansion.
• Be accountable for SaaS growth performance and efficiency metrics, including MRR impact, retention, expansion, and CAC payback.
• Define and maintain a clear SaaS growth strategy for each Joist and Invoice Simple – leveraging shared principles and metrics, but with product-specific priorities.
• Partner closely with the Growth PMs for Joist and Invoice Simple to align roadmaps and execution against growth plans.
• Regularly report to senior leaders on SaaS funnel performance, experiment results, and overall growth trajectory across both products.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS growth, product-led growth, monetization, or expansion roles
- Proven experience owning activation, conversion, retention, and expansion metrics in a PLG environment
- Strong track record working across multiple products or business lines
- Deep experience partnering with Product and Engineering to drive in-product growth
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders
- BS/BA required; advanced degree a plus.
