As a Solutions Architect (SA) you’ll live and breathe this value, being one of the closest individuals to our largest customers. We are looking for a dedicated Solutions Architect to help our customers create cutting-edge technical solutions that help them build better and more efficient apps. Become a pivotal player in our Customer Success Team, shaping the mobile tech landscape with your passion for solving complex challenges with elegant, scalable solutions. As Solutions Architect, you will build and maintain important relationships with our customers - not just from the personal but from a technological side as well. Our customers are coming from diverse backgrounds, so you will have to rely on your deep technical knowledge, expertise and creativity when it comes to solving their requests. At the same time, collaboration doesn't stop there. Your role also includes bringing new development opportunities to our Product Teams. It also gives you a platform to share your experience and knowledge with a wider audience through various thought leadership activities such as blogs, webinars and conference talks. Please note that we’re a remote-first company offering the flexibility to work remotely within the country advertised. Compensation: $109,500-$145,000 + 20% variable pay You are the ideal candidate if you: 5+ years experience in software development Experience with mobile app development or its processes Experience with shell scripting You have published an app to the App/Play Store Experience setting up CI pipelines General knowledge of DevOps best practices Experience working with cross-functional teams A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships A driven, enthusiastic and “can do” attitude coupled with the desire of end-to-end ownership Advanced technical skills to confidently discuss customer needs and business goals and a desire for continued learning!
