Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or functional food product development.
- Demonstrated experience managing formulas and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement regulations and labeling requirements.
- Experience creating Supplement/Nutrition Facts panels.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
- Formulation expertise across multiple delivery systems (capsules, tablets, powders, liquids, other).
- Proficiency with formulation software and nutrient calculation tools.
- Understanding of ingredient functionality, stability, and bioavailability.
- Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory frameworks.
- Minimal travel (5% or less per year)
