Job Description

• Own HubSpot data hygiene across contacts, companies, deals • Build and optimize automated workflows • Manage pipeline stages and enforce CRM discipline • Build dashboards for MBRs and QBRs • Track conversion rates, velocity, pipeline coverage • Automate lead routing, lifecycle updates, alerts • Audit pipeline and flag risks early

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Ops
  • Advanced HubSpot experience (Enterprise preferred)
  • Built multi-step HubSpot workflows from scratch
  • Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle automation
  • Automated lead routing and assignment rules
  • Built reporting dashboards used by leadership
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics
  • High attention to data accuracy
  • Nice to have HubSpot certifications
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems
  • Basic SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Experience in SaaS or professional services
