• Design and operate secure AWS-based platforms supporting Defense and Public Sector mission systems • Lead resolution of complex service-impacting issues using deep troubleshooting, log analysis, and systems-level programming • Design and own automated CI/CD pipelines supporting scalable software and infrastructure deployment across AWS environments • Architect automation frameworks reducing operational toil while improving reliability, scalability, and deployment safety • Define monitoring, alerting, and observability standards ensuring actionable signals and faster mean time to recovery • Partner across engineering, operations, and support teams to identify root causes and implement durable improvements • Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions shaping broader platform and reliability standards
