Job Description
• Coordinate, track, and manage document and information collection
• Administer and enhance the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Manage the Enterprise Risk Management Program
• Lead department-wide project management
• Provide general operational support to the legal department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of litigation support, paralegal work, or legal operations experience
- Demonstrated expertise with document collection, subpoena responses, and discovery coordination
- Paralegal certificate or legal operations certification is a plus
- Background in the life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare industry is a plus.
