Job Description

• Leading and developing existing logistics leadership and global logistics staff, ensuring consistent training, compliance to standardized processes, tools, and reporting across regions and driving continuous improvement. • Planning logistics support for Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin product lines to meet build and deployment schedules. • Providing operational and strategic oversight for 3PL warehouse partners, including SLAs, critical metrics, and regular business reviews. • Ensuring robust media security, chain-of-custody, and audit/compliance readiness across all logistics maintained spaces.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of management experience with proven ability leading logistics teams within data center infrastructure (or a closely related large-scale critical infrastructure)
  • 10+ overall years of experience in logistics and data center infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven success leading international logistics teams, and navigating complex carrier networks and 3rd Party Logistics warehouses.
  • Deep experience in large-scale environments with strong controls and compliance in the field.
