• Manage and execute a detailed communications calendar for BBYO Passport travel programs • Assist with website updates and ensure content is refreshed ahead of summer launch • Draft and edit written communications (emails, letters, blog-style parent trip updates, etc.) for parents, teens, and stakeholders • Curate and organize photography archive for marketing and social media content • Learn and use key digital tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Umbraco, Sprout Social, Airtable, and ClickSend (prior experience not required) • Support real-time trip communications, including logistical updates and engaging storytelling • Take on special projects to enhance BBYO Passport’s marketing and communications efforts • Other duties as assigned
