• Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner • Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding • Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality • Maintain system documentation and training materials • Deliver Systems training • Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
