Who You Are

Do you light up when talking about solutions that help creators succeed in creating content and reaching their audience? Are you excited by the opportunity to use your understanding of the creator economy domain to solve problems for creators of any size and scale, as well as content teams and media companies?
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to combine their Product Management expertise with their passion for content creators. In this role, you’ll:
- Own outcomes of full-stack product initiatives, their Go-To-Market mechanics, and their metric performance for customers and the business.
- Work to coordinate and collaborate with all of our teams and our customers to develop the product in alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Embrace lean experimentation and validation techniques with rapid time-to-validation cycles which lead to timely market releases.
- Leverage AI in all facets of your workflow to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
- Have a proven track record of developing and launching product features with clear, measurable impact on revenue, customer acquisition, and/or customer retention.
- Operate as the leading product manager for our teams.

Responsibilities
- Own outcomes for full-stack product initiatives, from problem definition through launch, adoption, and metric impact.
- Lead product discovery through continuous customer and market research, translating insights into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and GTM teams to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality releases on predictable timelines.
- Orchestrate complex AI-enabled workflows, including coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders around a single use case, and ensuring alignment across Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, and Design.
- Bridge technical, business, and user needs by translating complex concepts into clear product requirements, trade-offs, and decisions that stakeholders can act on.
- Leverage and develop the AI agent pipeline end-to-end (design → prototype → deployment), ensuring integration readiness, safe rollout plans, and strong user adoption.
- Lead experimentation and optimization (including A/B testing and analytics) to improve engagement, retention, and revenue, and to inform product direction.
- Communicate product strategy and performance clearly to executives and cross-functional partners through crisp narratives, demos, and updates.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and business viability discussions by applying strong business and financial judgment to product decisions.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product management experience shipping customer-facing software, including end-to-end ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes (activation, engagement, retention, revenue) using clear goals, strong prioritization, and data-informed decision making.
- Proven experience partnering with Engineering and UX in agile environments to deliver high-quality releases on predictable timelines.
- Experience building or scaling AI-enabled products, including collaborating closely with AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (supervised vs. unsupervised learning, common failure modes, trade-offs like accuracy vs. bias, and why evaluation matters).
- Strong data fluency, including comfort with metrics definition, experimentation, and partnering on data pipelines (collection, cleaning, labeling) and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product management work across core competencies, including discovery and synthesis, PRD and narrative drafting, backlog grooming, experiment design and analysis, customer support signal mining, and operational workflows, while applying strong judgment, privacy, and quality standards.
- Ability to design for uncertainty and risk, including building product experiences and workflows that account for probabilistic outputs and AI errors.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, including ability to translate technical complexity into plain language for alignment and decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including crisp narratives, PRDs, and executive-ready updates.
- Bonus: Familiarity with API-based product development and agentic workflows (Research → Build → Test → Deploy), including how to connect services, manage async behavior, and handle tokens.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI lifecycle and tooling such as Weights & Biases, MLflow, or ClearML.
